About the service

The service costs £15 per month (+VAT if applicable). This includes a call every day, monitoring and intervention. There's a one-off set-up fee of £10.

This service is open to everyone in the UK. All you need is:

  • a landline or mobile phone that accepts incoming calls (you don't need a community alarm or telecare system)
  • Two family or friend contacts who we can speak to if we can't get in touch with you. We can summon a welfare check if no-one can reach you.
  • A key safe (if possible) to enable the Emergency Services to enter your property in an emergency without damaging your door.

If you already have a community alarm unit and pendant, telecare service or GO device with Herts Careline, we can add the All OK service for an additional £8.75 + VAT (if applicable) per month. Just let us know or call 0300 999 2 999.

How quickly can I have it?

10 working days, though it's often quicker.

In some emergency cases (for example, being discharged from hospital), we'll try to set up your service within a few working days. In most instances, we can set up the service without the need for an appointment at your home. We'll advise you by phone or email when your calls are expected to start.
