All new customers, who join Herts Careline in December, will receive a free promotional pill box to help them manage their medication. This pill box is not linked to our control room or monitored, but it is a support tool to help people organise their pills. We hope you will find it useful amongst all the hustle and bustle of Christmas.
Our technicians will hand you a pill box when they install your community alarm or telecare equipment.
Having emergency help on hand at the press of a button 24/7 - even on Christmas Day - can make a real difference to the safety and independence of our community. Herts Careline’s assistive technology equipment and service can be a lifeline to people who live alone, and to older and vulnerable residents.
