Over the Christmas period our Control Room will be taking calls for help 24/7 in the usual way.
- Our installation team will be available for urgent issues over the festive period should they be required. There will be on-call for urgent issues on Boxing Day, and other jobs will be prioritised according to urgency.
- Our administration team will be processing Referrals up until 4pm on Monday 23rd December 2024. During the period 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th December, inboxes will be monitored for urgent referrals or urgent call-backs only. The team will then process referrals again from Tuesday 2nd January 2025.
This season is one of our busiest and we’re fully equipped to provide reassurance and emergency support for everyone we provide support for.
