If you’re visiting family this Easter and are worried about a loved one’s safety in their home, perhaps we can help provide peace of mind with our community alarm and pendant service or our All OK reassurance service.
For Hertfordshire residents, our community alarm and pendant service can allow you to arrange help within minutes if you become unwell or require emergency assistance. The pendant has a button, which when pressed, connects to the in-home alarm system. You will then automatically go through to our 24/7 control room, where a call operator will pick up your call and speak to you to arrange the appropriate help. We provide this service for just £20 per month (plus VAT if applicable)*.
We also provide our All OK reassurance service across the UK. To make sure you are feeling well each day, our control room can make an automatic call at a personalised time to your landline or mobile phone to check you’re OK. All you have to do is answer the call and press 1 if you feel well or press 2 if you feel unwell or need help. If you press 2 or do not press either number, one of our call operators will call you back to arrange the appropriate help. We provide this service for just £15 per month (plus VAT if applicable)*.
